First things first: Is your account complete?
For billing to run smoothly, please regularly check your user account for the following:
- Correct tax class
- Complete personal data (name, address)
- Bank details & SEPA mandate
- Power of attorney and consent to the association statutes
💡 Good to know: On your invoice from the energy provider, you'll find the reduced grid fee under "Grid costs" – listed as "Verbraucherpreis Netznutzung Regional".
